The midrange 15 is a ready to use, cheap 15 inch chartplotter, loaded with marine charts! This the largest weather resistant unit I offer. While it’s not as rugged as the midrange 13, it still has port covers, so it’s more rugged than midrange 14. It’s a great unit for inside the cabin, if the 14 x 11.5 inch dimensions work well for your boat. It could also work in a place that could get some occasional spray. For something similar but cheaper, consider the basic 13. For a similar sized unit that is waterproof and has optional touch screen, look at the midrange 13. If no weather resistance is needed, and you have the ability to use an inverter, consider the premium 17 for a truly massive display. These units are not outdoor viewable, but do have the anti-glare coating.
