I have been supplying affordable marine navigation chartplotting systems since 2011. I’ve supplied units all across North America – from Alaska to California in the West Coast, and from The Maritimes to Mexico on the East Coast. Please read some of the below messages, written my some of my 2500+ clients over the years. My units are navigation laptops or tablets. Using my units as opposed to commercial chart plotter brands offers many advantages. Below, I have some Navigation Laptops reviews from a small fraction of my clients over the years.

Navigation Laptops review from Peter (commercial fishing)
I’ve been working with Ivan since 2013 to supply our small fleet of fishing vessels, as well my personal pleasure craft with navigation systems. We have bought a total of 8 systems as of 2017, and will probably get more in the future. As of right now they are all in perfect working order.
Ivan’s been helpful, and his setup is quite easy to learn. We got the 10, 12, 13, and 15 inch units from him. They’ve all performed nicely. We connected radar to two of them, transducers to most, and also AIS to a few. Ivan has provided some assistance to get this done.
Overall, these are unbeatable prices for navigation and chartplotter units, and I have recommended Navigation Laptops to my friends and colleagues. The ease of use, low cost, high reliability is why we choose to use these systems.

Navigation Laptops review from Doug (sailing)
I purchased a 10 inch system in 2015. I was up and running in about a half hour without any experience! It has performed very well, and in 2017 I got back in touch to hook up radar to it, as well as buy some additional accessories. It’s got a bright display so I have no trouble even in direct sunlight. It’s performed great, and I’m very happy with it. I spent less than half what I would have spent on a Raymarine unit that doesn’t even have all the same functionality.
It was an amazing value and great personalized service. I can also watch movies on it and go online, which is a useful bonus to me. Happy to add this to Navigation Laptops reviews!

Navigation Laptops review from Adam (tugboat)
We run a small tugboat on the intracoastal between Georgia and Florida. I wanted to have a backup unit for our main system. The 13 inch unit that was supplied to us is better than our main system and the cost was unbelievably low – under $500 all in! The screen is nice and bright, and it’s easy to get started. I can also use it for email.

Review from Bert (liveaboard)
I’m retired fisherman and I have a 45 ft liveaboard in sunny California. I needed an easy to use system that’s also big enough for my old eyes and doesn’t break the bank. The systems I looked at before ordering one from Navigation Laptops were over $2000. I got a nice system for a quarter of that, and I’m very happy with what it can do!

Review from Carl (recreational cruising)
I found Navigation laptops on the web and decided to purchase one, even though I was a little skeptical. We discussed with Ivan what I was looking for and he made recommendations of which I finally agreed with.
I also got the AIS option, and still saved hundreds. Had a hard time configuring AIS, as I’m not what you would call computer savvy. Not only did Ivan stand behind his product while he attempted to walk me through the installation, but he also called me up to setup a remote access for him, and within a few minutes it was all up and running!
This company (Ivan) is one you can depend upon, knowing that you will be taken care of. I recommend this company to anyone in the market for a GPS chartplotter. Good company, good man to work with. Glad to contribute to Navigation Laptops reviews.

Why use a navigation laptop as a chart plotter?
My navigation laptop systems can be much more affordable than Garmin, Lowrance, Simrad, B&G, Furuno, Humminbird, Raymarine, Si-Tex. I will also support the GPS laptop your purchase forever! Furthermore, I believe that some of the commercial chart plotter brands gouge their customers. Large companies force you to upgrade by no longer supporting older units with chart and software updates. In addition, they charge outrageous fees for simple things like a larger screen size. I don’t do any of these things, and never will – guaranteed! In addition to these, please take a look at other advantages as well. A GPS laptop can offer a compelling alternative to major brands!
